We had a splendid stay! The breakfast offerings, especially the hash browns, were a delightful start to each day. The serene atmosphere by the golf course invited relaxation. Don't miss the complimentary cycle tours. they added an unexpected thrill to our getaway. Ensure to ask for a high-floor room for the best views.

we had an amazin stay at barcelo jerez montecastillo! the hotel is super peaceful, right next to the golf course. breakfast was so good, loads of choices, and the staff was really nice. got an upgrade to a 5-star room at no extra cost which was a sweet surprise. free parking right outside was a big plus too!
the check-in process could've been better, the receptionist seemed a bit overwhelmed. also, the internet was kinda slow, which was annoying.

An upgrade to a 5-star level was a pleasant surprise, with a serene atmosphere by the golf course. Breakfast options, especially the hash browns, were superb, and staff showed great efficiency in the dining area. check-in was frustrating as the receptionist was unhelpful, not acknowledging my online check-in and not providing the requested high-floor room. Maintenance issues, such as a malfunctioning bathroom door and poor opening patio door, compounded the disappointment, diminishing my overall experience during my stay.

Had a fun stay! The staff at check-in were super nice, which made a big difference. The breakfast spread was really tasty with plenty of options. Just wished the spa was working properly. that was a letdown since I was looking forward to it. Room was decent but could use a bit of TLC.
